My appointment was a positive experience, I really liked Dr. Hernandez. However it has been impossible to reach her ever since to talk about my test results. She called once but I was unable to take the call, however it has been impossible to reach her back. She also gave me a prescription that however was never placed in the pharmacy, and 2 weeks later I still don't have my prescription as I have not been able to get in touch with her. I leave her messages with the office staff, but haven't gotten a callback yet. I am really frustrated because I would love to have a stable PCP, but it is going to be hard to schedule follow up visits if getting in touch with her is going to be this challenging.
