Check google reviews. The company that manages appts cancels minutes before the appt. They take all your personal info, credit card and insurance. They confirm and book, but then cancel. This is consistent with other reviews. Don’t wait your time.

we booked the meeting multiple times on Saturday and it kept getting cancelled. Then I booked again for Sunday and last minute that morning I was told we can't meet because she doesn't see patients except for medicine management. That was not listed nor noted anywhere, and not what I wanted with our first appointment.
Now all day I keep getting emails asking for my feedback, but you cancelled on me and I didn't even have the appointment. doesn't your system know?

Michele is a lovely person. She spent a lot of time with me and listened to my issues. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very concerned. ?Together we decided what would be best for me medication wise. Looking forward to speaking with her again. My other two psychiatrists were male. It was such a pleasure speaking to a female who understood all that I was going through. I booked through ZocDoc and after receiving an email to fill out all the paperwork I then received a message to call the office. I was then told that she was not available and that ZocDoc does not reflect the real availability. When I complained about this they didn’t seem to care, that this is just the normal way of doing things as opposed to it wasting a patient’s time, getting their hopes up that they have confirmed an appointment and generally just badly managing the booking process. Sadly I never got to see the doctor. There has to be a better way of syncing calendars and not having people book under false pretenses.

I originally booked with Michelle because she had 5 star reviews and because the system said she had availability the next day. I was contacted saying that she was not available until over 2 weeks later, and would I consider changing to a different provider (I have seen this tactic before with Orenda). I opted to wait for Michelle and I'm glad I did - she was delightful and very helpful. We've had some issues with prescriptions and she's been very responsive to messages and continues to be helpful.
