Through Pink Rose Psychiatry, Michelle offers a refined, patient-centered experience that prioritizes privacy, continuity, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. **** Practice Payment and Scheduling Policies **** A credit card is kept on file to confirm your appointment and all intake paperwork in the patient portal is required to be completed 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid cancellation. ****You will receive an email invite to the patient portal - ensure you are completing your paperwork. Reminder texts are sent as well.**** We do everything we can to accommodate last minute changes such as converting an in-person appointment to telehealth or moving to another time same day as schedule allows. A late cancellation fee applies to any no shows or same day cancellation or reschedule requests.
