About Dr. Michelle Peters
Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle—born and raised right here in Arlington, TX (Go Bowie Vols!). I studied Biomedical Science with a Business twist at Texas A&M, originally planning to become a physical therapist... until a back injury completely changed my story. That experience introduced me to chiropractic—and I’ve never looked back!
Even as a former gymnast (yes, still flipping into my 40s!), I was skeptical at first. But chiropractic care has kept me active, strong, and doing what I love—so I made it my mission to help others do the same.
I graduated from Parker University in 2003 and took my skills all the way to Australia, where I spent 7+ amazing years serving as a team chiropractor for Delta Gymnastics Club while working in private practice and helping kids with learning challenges thrive.
I returned home to Arlington and in 2013 and opened my own practice, where I specialize in chiropractic care, rehab, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy and hands-on manual therapy. My favorite people to help? Moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas, pregnant mamas, little ones, and anyone who wants to live life to the fullest.
Outside the office, I’m a proud wife and mom of four incredible kids. Whether we’re playing pickleball, traveling, or just hanging out at home, spending time with my family is my absolute favorite thing.
My team and I are passionate about proactive care, personalized plans, and doing whatever it takes to help you actually enjoy your life again.

Dr. Michelle and the whole chiropractor team are subpurb! I love coming in for my bi-monthly adjustments. Ive been coming here for 3 years and always leave in a great mood and have better mobility!

Id been with Dr Michelle w/ Health Source Arlington Matlock for 7 years and without them I wouldn't able to function at work or anything off of work. My body get back in shape from numerous occurrences I got hurt from. I'm always coming back here for adjustments and being pain-free.

My time with Healthsource has been life changing. From coming in unable to move my neck and back, to now, going each and everyday pain free is a miracle. My visit today was just like every other, best staff with Jessica and Mrs. T welcoming you as soon as you come in, followed by an indepth adjustment from the best chiropractors (Dr. Michelle, Dr. Thompson, etc.), and finally the best PT with Mrs. T.

I made an appointment with Dr. Peters, but she is not the doctor I saw. She has never spoken to me and when I did see her, she busted in my appointment and asked the lady I speaking with if we could leave so she could get some X-rays. Didn’t speak, just asked if we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend her because I’ve never seen her.
Dr. Genesis on the other hand was great and very nice. My back is feeling better already. The staff also was extremely nice and very helpful.
