I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized because I know that no two people are the same. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that reflects your unique experiences, goals, and values while building on your strengths to help you feel your best.
As a bilingual provider, fluent in English and Spanish, I am committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Whether you're seeking support for the first time, or continuing your mental health journey, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, empowered, and confident every step of the way.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work as part of a team at Blue Lotus Telepsychiatry Services, Inc. Upon scheduling your first session with me, you will be asked to complete a group of forms to help me get to know you a little beforehand, and then we will meet for about 60 minutes to discuss things more in depth. We will come up with the best treatment that makes sense for you, and schedule a follow up appointment within 2-4 weeks after that. Subsequent follow ups could range between 4-12 weeks depending on your comfort level and stability.
