My Nurse Practitioner (MyNP) is a primary care medical practice that delivers services in the home for those who are homebound, disabled, suffering with dementia and/or requiring taxing efforts in order to access healthcare. We will become your Primary Care Provider (PCP), or work in conjunction with your current PCP. MyNP is a membership practice. Subsequent to the initial visit, MyNP will bill your insurance the same way a clinic setting does for visits. However, the care will be brought directly to you. Simply put, we are your Medicare provider that cares for you in the comfort of your own home.
Established in 2014, with over 20 years of experience in acute and hospice care, MyNP has a locally solid reputation and is a respected agency in the specialized area of in-home care within Palm Beach County. Our staff takes great pride in being life-time stewards of the local community.
