Hello, I'm Dr. Michelle Wickizer. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life's challenges and uncover your strengths. My approach is rooted in understanding and compassion, aiming to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. With a background in neuropsychology, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the mind and its complexities to our sessions. I received my Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado Christian University. I went on to complete a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) with a specialized focus in neuropsychology from the University of the Rockies. As a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado, my clinical training includes working with underserved individuals across the lifespan, addressing medical and health complexities, academic struggles, mood and behavioral disturbances, dementias, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the development of self-help skills. I also provide business coaching and team development. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, life transitions, medical issues, intimate relationships, sex and intimacy issues, learning disorders, spirituality, stress, and adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my husband, Ryan. We love renovating our historic home, traveling, and exploring the beauty of Colorado.
