Arriving new to town, I met with Nurse Practitioner Farley. She was thorough in gathering my medical history and supporting my prescription needs. We agreed that my annual Medicare appointments with her would be in October. She is an attentive and caring person.

I booked for a tetanus shot and I got there and they don’t do them. No one told me ahead of time to cancel my appointment so that was pointless and frustrating. Farley didn’t tell me until i got into her office for my apt.

We recently moved to the area and feel blessed that we found Flagstaff Primary Care. Had our first appointment today.Our provider was so nice and really thorough. The provider was so sweet to my 84yr mother in-law while she rambled on about nothing and everything. I feel blessed to have found a Medical provider that our family clicked with.

Dr. Farley is truly one of the only doctors that has listened to me and truly wanted to help me instead of dismissing my symptoms especially since I am super young. She was very kind and quick, but most importantly super helpful and an amazing listener.
