Following medical school, Dr. Muse completed her dermatology residency through Campbell University in Wilmington, NC, and conducted dermatology research at Wake Forest University. She then practiced general dermatology before undertaking a one-year fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. This advanced training focused on the precise removal of skin cancers and reconstructive techniques for sensitive areas such as the face, ears, and hands. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Muse enjoys hiking, exploring the local food scene, spending time on her father’s fishing boat, and walking her dog, Kiwi. Dr. Muse looks forward to serving the community with compassionate, expert dermatologic care.
