I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan, treating a variety of conditions with a patient-centered approach. My focus is on creating a collaborative and supportive environment where we work together to improve your mental well-being. My approach to mental healthcare is holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. What should a new client know about working with you?
I work with patients of all ages, from kids to older adults, treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions. My areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, etc. I am particularly experienced in medication management and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals struggling with chronic mental illness and co-occurring conditions.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, & supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. My communication style is engaging & collaborative, ensuring that you feel heard & actively involved in your treatment plan. I take the time to explain diagnoses & treatment options in a clear, approachable, and empowering way.

Ongoing session: $200 for 30 minutes
