I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with a PsyD in School Psychology from Hofstra University. I work with adults and children to provide support and guidance to help navigate both the everyday and the more challenging days. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with you to cultivate your strengths, find healthy ways to deal with challenges, and help you build a satisfying and fulfilling life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy can be a powerful force in helping you identify thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns that are no longer serving you, and in turn help you create positive change in your life. I help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and major life changes. I blend elements from different therapeutic treatments and adjust my approach based on your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Making the decision to begin therapy is a very important step, and just as important as finding the right therapist. I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation during which you can ask me questions.
