About Dr. Mina Zarei
Dr. Mina Zarei is a Fellowship trained, Double Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon, with over 5 years of experience in the field. Dr. Zarei offers comprehensive care for a full range of medical dermatology conditions. She is a skilled Mohs and reconstructive surgeon specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers.
Dr. Zarei is a graduate of University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where she completed her dermatology and cutaneous surgery residency. Dr. Zarei was awarded with the “Excellence in Surgery” award at the time of her graduation. She is the winner of the 2019 “Golden Scalpel Knowledge Bowl” competition, held at one of the most prestigious dermatology conferences by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS).
Dr. Zarei has finished her Mohs surgery andCutaneous Oncology fellowship training at one of the most renowned programs in US, Emory School ofMedicine.
She has contributed to 42 published works in scientific literature and has presented at local and national conferences. Dr. Zarei holds memberships in a number of professional societies, including the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
In her free time, Dr. Zarei enjoys gardening, swimming, cooking, and learning new languages. She is fluent in Persian (Farsi) and communicates well in Spanish and Turkish.

I was only allowed to address 1 issue of why I was there and when they offered to schedule for another appointment to review my other concerns they gave me an appointment 6 months out. This was a waste of time and extremely inconsiderate based on the fact I had to take work off for the appointment, I will not be returning.

Gave a diagnosis right away. Prescribed 2 medications. Explained the medications, etc. Answered my questions. Follow up in a month. Will see if medications help skin condition and solve the problem within the month. Don't have any info yet on cost of visit, acceptance of insurance, etc.
