About Dr. Minhaz Karim
ATTENTION: DR.KARIM IS AN INTERNIST NOT A SPECIFIC SPECIALIST
For more than two decades, Dr. Karim has practiced internal medicine within the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, keeping the patient at the center of his philosophy. He coordinates care across healthcare settings, leading timely interventions with labs, imaging, referrals, and ancillary staff when needed.
His amicable nature and medical expertise have earned him peer respect. Since moving to South Jersey five years ago, he has been voted a TOP DOC three times. Before relocating, he practiced as an internist for 13 years in Milwaukee, impacting many Wisconsinites. Dr. Karim’s roots trace back to Bangladesh, where he graduated top of his class from Dhaka Medical College and Hospital with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. In 1998, he moved to the U.S., following his two older siblings and their spouses—all physicians. He completed internship and residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital. He is happily married to an Infectious Disease doctor and enjoys time with their only son.
A die-hard Packers fan and sports enthusiast, Dr. Karim played soccer, volleyball, and field hockey. He led his high school and college basketball and cricket teams and was a school champion in table tennis, squash, and tennis. Twice voted “Sportsman of the Year” by medical school peers, he also served as cultural secretary. His interests include philately (stamp collecting) and contemporary arts and design, inspiring him to draw and build their own contemporary house without an architect or interior designer.

OUTSTANDING!! First, the staff was so friendly the second I walked in and Ana was a blast while taking my vitals. Dr. Karim has an excellent bedside manner and is so easy to talk to. But more importantly he LISTENS!! You’re comfortable with him the second he walks in and it just gets better.

Had high hopes from the first visit but he obviously didn’t believe us about the moving y shape spots or spores in every body fluid and biofilms on every surface he didn’t even mention it and went with auto immune disorder which is basically a cop out when drs have no idea what is wrong. There is no such thing as your body attack itself for no reason your body is smarter than that there is always a reason (viral bacterial fungal parasite chemical physical injury stress or environmental) immune system disorders might make it harder for your body to fight off the underlying condition but they are never the actual cause of anything
