“Dr Kim will certainly be running a large group within a decade. Her professional bedside manner is top notch. I have a complex issue (throat) and I get the feeling she’s in it with me. What more can I ask? I was a new patient and got in very quick. You may want to get in now because Dr Kim is the type of Dr that will quickly build an army of returning loyal patients.”

I searched ZocDoc for 'sleep apnea' and Dr. Kim's name came up as an ENT. I was surprised during the actual appointment where she was not in a position to help me, since she only dealt with sleep implants that would help with sleep issues. So the appointment ended rather abruptly and she referred me to another doctor that was more involved with actual sleep studies. There wasn't much else to do or talk about so I just left without a feeling of resolution or progress in figuring out my problem. Considering it takes quite a bit of time and effort to even set up an appointment and go to it, I was left a little disappointed in knowing that I wasted my time and would have to start at square one. I do hope Zocdoc would be a bit more pointed in how it refers patients to doctors or specialists for what they are looking for, and I hope for Dr. Kim's portion of it, there would be helpful guidance on how to proceed for the next time, what to expect in a sleep study, etc
