At My Wellness Physicians, we specialize in evidence-based weight loss, obesity medicine, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to help you reclaim your health and feel like yourself again. Whether you're struggling with stubborn weight, fatigue, or symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, we provide personalized, physician-led care that focuses on sustainable solutions—not quick fixes.
Our practice is led by Dr. Minnie Cruz-Tolentino, a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, with over 17 years of clinical experience. She brings a compassionate, no-judgment approach and takes time to understand your whole health picture—from metabolic imbalances to hormonal changes—so you can finally get answers and results.
Dr. Cruz earned her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines and completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in New York. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians.
We believe education is the foundation of change. Dr. Cruz empowers every patient with practical tools, nutritional guidance, and clinical support to make meaningful lifestyle changes that last.
We operate as a fee-for-service practice and do not participate with any insurance plans. We gladly accept Care Credit, FSA, and HSA.

The program Dr. Cruz-Tolentino prescribed has been extremely effective. I’ve been dropping 2 lbs a week despite vacation travel and the holidays. I love the weight management app and how Dr. Cruz uses it to coach my progress and provide tips for improvement of my diet and overall health.
