What is your typical process for working with clients?
During your first visit, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you in. We’ll go over your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. I’ll guide you through a thorough diagnostic process, which may include reviewing past records, exploring symptoms in detail, and using screening tools if helpful. This helps ensure we have a clear picture of what’s going on before we make any decisions about treatment. In addition to discussing medication options when appropriate, I also provide supportive therapy during sessions. Together, we’ll start building a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy skills, lifestyle strategies, and/or medication, with the goal of helping you feel better and move toward your goals.
