Miranda Watto, MS, RD

Dietitian
MI
My journey into nutrition began at a young age, as I had to be mindful of my food choices due to hereditary high cholesterol. However, it wasn't until my freshman year of college that my true interest in nutrition really took off and continued to grow from there. Learning how food impacts health on a deeper level fueled my passion for helping others find balance in their own lives. I'm passionate about overall health and well-being, with a specific focus on heart health, gut health, weight changes, eating disorders, and food intolerances. I also have a deep love for sports nutrition, especially since fitness plays a big role in my life. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and never limit myself in what I can do. Whatever your diagnosis, condition, or symptoms, I will help find the answers to improve your health! I earned my Bachelor's degree, completed my internship, and obtained my Master's in Community Nutrition-all from West Chester University. I completed my training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices that are client-centered. I believe in a flexible, non-restrictive approach to nutrition where all foods can fit. My goal is to support clients in developing positive, sustainable relationships with food that work for their unique needs and lifestyles. In addition to my work as a dietitian, I create nutrition labels for my company's snack food products, giving me a deep understanding of the science behind ingredient statements and food labeling! This expertise allows me to support my clients in making confident and informed choices, both at the store and beyond. Don't worry about figuring out labels alone-we'll break them down together! I know how overwhelming nutrition can seem, but I'm here to make it easier for you. Together, we can create a plan that not only supports your health but also allows you to enjoy your favorite foods along the way.
