Unprofessional and unhelpful experience from start to finish. I spent time filling out paperwork, only to be asked the exact same questions twice, first by a dismissive nurse who interrupted me to say the doctor could only address two concerns, and then by the doctor herself. The doctor spent under five minutes with me, barely examined my skin, and condescendingly handed down a rushed diagnosis alongside two unnecessary prescriptions. To make matters worse, they sent my prescriptions to an unfamiliar specialty pharmacy instead of the CVS I requested. The pharmacy demanded cash on delivery, provided no change, and required endless phone back-and-forth while I wasn't home.
As a woman of color, I was excited to see a doctor who shared my background, but the visit felt like a complete cash-grab where medical consultations are sidelined for aesthetic clients. Easily one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had.
