“Well when you have an urgent need for an appointment and slots are available at an urgent care, nothing feels better. I walked in, checked in, felt welcome, seen, and heard by all the people I talked to - front desk person, PA, the person who checked my vitals. It was also very clean and efficient. There was only one PA working but it was okay for me because there wasn’t a wait but it might get busy.”

Confirmed for an X-ray appointment just to find out they don’t do X-rays in this location. Again they confirmed it and I drove all the way there just to be told that.
