employees there were all helpful and very friendly but their EKG machine was not working properly and resulted in faulty results

The customer service team is unfriendly. The person who took the blood sample didn't even disinfect the area before inserting the needle. The doctor didn't take the minimum amount of time to understand my problem and provide a complete treatment plan. He didn't help me understand the cause of my problem and only covered the basics. I felt uncomfortable.
