The doctor was kind, and seemed to genuinely care about my well being. I had never met this provider before this and she still took the time to make me feel seen and acknowledged. Just be sure your insurance is actually accepted when you book. There is a discrepancy between zocdoc and the actual dr’s office, it seems.

The provider CRNP was excellent, however my complaint is with ZocDoc website. I requested a dermatologist and expected to see one, but instead met with CRNP, that could not address the issue in detail. She was kind enough to provide recommendations for dermatologists and prescribed a cream to help me with the pain. ZocDoc need to list Doctors for better reference.

I never saw the doctor. I had to call the office twice to verify the doctor knew of my appt. 30 mins after my appt time ended I finally called and told them to cancel my appt, and I will be calling my insurance to make sure I wasn’t charged, because I was never seen.

A couple reasons for my negative review: I called the practice and was told the doctor would be able to write me a note because I previously forgot to get a Dr’s note from another provider and that provider was not answering— i was told as long as i paid the co pay I would be seen and get it. I paid and upon seeing the doctor and explaining the situation i was given an excuse which did not make sense. I was told because i wasn’t seen by her for the illness i could not receive it because that “can come back on them”? It’s a doctors note! The only thing on the note is the time i’m excused and a signature. I was seen for 4 minutes TOPS. On top of that i had to call in myself because i was told i would receive a call around a certain time for the link. Never did. The assistant could call me to bug me for the copay but not to provide a link?Not even sure if i saw the same doctor i booked with too, the picture and person were two different people. Not happy. Will be disputing these charges.
