I was seen within a day or two of scheduling, on time, and my online pre-appointment effort was rewarded by people actually looking at what I put rather than having me rehash it verbally. The appointment was frank and I appreciated that they accepted my medical history without challenges.

I had a disappointing experience and will not be returning. They don't offer in-person services, which was already frustrating. During our first appointment, the provider laughed and giggled, which felt unprofessional, especially before discussing a sensitive matter. I also felt like the provider wasn't really listening — she frequently interrupted me and seemed disinterested in what l had to say. Ultimately, she offered medication and ended the appointment without much consideration. Overall, it felt dismissive and unhelpful.
