“This was an initial consultation visit. I met with Dr. Rumi assistant. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. I felt as though this was an impressive first visit. I'll be seeing Dr. Rumi for further test. The PA gave me an inhaler, listened to my lungs and a breathing test. ”

Doctor was nice, listened to me. Will see him again.
I will never utilize this doctor's services and the 14th St. Medical office where he practices ever again. I called the office for weeks to get info about my prescription and 3 months later I STILL have not gotten my meds. The phone system is an automated nightmare! STAY AWAY if you care about your health.
Excellent overall experience!

If you have the time to waste until you are seen then this is the number one place to go. The wait time to be seen is Rediculously long. Then the testing person is just one person . Hire more people would be an idea.

went across the city to see in-network doctor but their process is to match with a specialist, potentially not in network before seeing the doctor did not end up seeing the doctor who was not there that day.

I was looking for an alternative to the long wait for an appointment at hospital-based practices; I was able to book right away. All the tests I needed were on-site. I arrived early and was seen before my scheduled appointment time.

Some of the staff were very unprofessional when they were conducting/supervising tests. Made the experience even worse. X-ray results take 1 week to be uploaded to the portal, which is bizarre.
