About Dr. Mohammed Hamdi

I am dedicated to building strong and lasting relationships with my patients. As an endocrinologist, I diagnose and manage adult patients with acute and chronic hormonal conditions. I take special interest in motivating and educating patients to improve their quality of life. I earned my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Baghdad College of Medicine. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Ascension St. John Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. I am a member of the Endocrine Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, American Thyroid Association, and American Diabetes Association. I have published case reports in the Thyroid Journal, Endocrine Practice, and Journal of the Endocrine Society, and have presented at the Texas Endocrinology Association meetings.
