I felt that I won the lottery after my appointment with Dr. Khurana. She was absolutely competent and kind. She followed up with the prescriptions and refferals that she discussed with me during the appointment. Dr. Khurana provides great care!

The doctor was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to listen, which I really appreciated; especially since they were open on a Sunday. The assistant was kind, but I didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously when I explained that I need a smaller “baby” needle because my veins tend to collapse, even when they appear strong. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened, and they weren’t able to collect all the required blood. Now I have to make an additional trip to a lab, which is unnecessarily stressful. Notes: if they need to draw blood ;and you are a “hard stick” go during the week when a more senior phlebotomist is available.

10/10 Experience. Coming from having a bad previous experience at different medical office/different doctor I was very apprehensive coming into my visit. Dr. Khurana made me feel so at ease. She listened to me and didn’t dismiss any of my concerns. She was very open and honest with her suggestions but talked through a plan that made me feel comfortable for go forward. The second my test came in she was quick to review them and send feedback. I feel 100% more confident with her as my doctor then I did with my last doctor.

I got my annual physical here and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I only waited about 2 minutes after check-in before I was taken to the room, and within 5 minutes, the nurse finished all my preliminary checks, and I was able to see the physician. They made the process really easy and answered all my questions/concerns. They also gave me referrals to other physicians that I needed. Highly recommend!

This has been a nightmare experience and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to visit this office. Sadly the doctor is rather nice, but this corporation and office are wildly unprofessional. My first appointment straight away the front desk lady gave me attitude and said that my insurance was not accepted. Instead of trying to be helpful, she made me call before I could get in for my appointment and work out the details. Ok, fine. I visit the doctor, she is very nice however I can tell everyone is ready to get out for the day (it is 4:30 on a friday) so it seems rushed. They draw my blood and I move on. I get a call over the weekend that the office has been having printer issues so the lab lost my blood and I will have to come back for another visit. Extremely annoying and inconvenient however I rebook for first thing Monday morning. I go to my visit, and two hours later I get a call that the "vials have been knocked over and they need me to come back for a third visit" Am I being punk'd???

Worst experience I’ve had using this platform. I received a call 830 in the morning telling me my insurance was not covered although it was. This made me think my appointment was cancelled. Then I received an email 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm my arrival. So I called the number back that called me at 830am and they confirmed that my insurance was covered. I communicated that given the miscommunication on their part I would still go the appointment but I would arrive in approximately 20 minutes which was approximately between 1130 and 1140. They confirmed that was ok and I set off to make the appointment. Upon arriving at 1140am no one was at the front desk so I waited another 5 to 10 minutes. Someone finally arrived to man the front desk and notified me my appointment was cancelled as a no show. I explained all of the above and they stated they notified the doctor of the issue, yet she still refused to see me after their team communicated that I would be seen prior...

Dr. Khurana had great bedside manner and was very empathetic. She listened patiently to my concerns and made sure she gave me the tests to address them and referrals for next steps. She was very clear when communicating my results and the overall process of what will be done in the visit and why. It felt like she really cared. The check in process was quick and I was seen right away.

This was such a great experience. Was able to book an appointment within the week, with a lot of availability to choose from. The staff was clear and helpful, and the doctor was amazing. She was attentive, asked follow up questions and provided context in an easy-to-understand manner. I am so glad I was able to schedule an appointment with her and feel confident with going to her for my medical care and well being.
