Dr. Ramani is my orthopaedic doctor and I consider him to be excelent. I purposefully changed my insurance plan to go back and continue to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend the doctor. As far as my appointment it was not pleasant. I got called to go in earlier. When I got there 6 people went ahead of me for the same doctor and I handed up staying there over 2 hours. It is a complete disregard for patient time value. The nurse was very nice. I complained and she said the supervisor would come in to talk to me. She never did.As far as office treatment was awful. This also is not the first time I experience these excessive delays.
Dr.Ramani,is a very caring Doctor. He doesn't rush and explains every thing about what your needs are,
It was good, the wait wasn't bad I got there a little before my time. Everyone was a true professional
Dr. Ramani was relatively thorough. The wait was long, over an hour not including the time to fill out paperwork (which I tried to do online but the portal didn't work). Also, the xray technician should 1) Close the blinds in the office, 2) provide a robe! and 3) WEAR GLOVES!
Dr Ramani is so very patient with me as I have had so many questions. I feel so confident that I am receiving the best treatment for my knee injury.
I felt comfortable, at ease and confident with Dr. Ramani. I loved their X-Ray machine!
Dr Ramani was pleasant an d explained everything thoroughly. This is my second time tak8ng my son for a football injury. Both Dr Chen an d Dr Armani are top notch!!
I pretty pleased with the visit. The staff was courteous, wait wasn't bad, Dr. Ramani saw me as soon as I was taken to the exam room.
Was unnecessarily x-rayed after I explained to them that I need an MRI ir a scan to assess the recovery. They have an X-ray machine on site, so it makes good business sense to get everyone x-rayed whether they need it or not. The X-ray results showed nothing so they prescribed MRI. Total waste of time and money.
Very good doctor
If I have questions about my condition, Dr. Ramani always answers, quickly and accurately. He doesn't diminish my understanding or try to prove his knowledge. Much appreciated.
Dissapointing would be an understatement, Appointment was for 1:30pm, ended up leaving at 2:30pm without being seen since the doctor had not even stepped into the patient room yet. No professionalism and conisderation for their patients. Don't waste your time, go see another doctor in the area. A place where doctors care about their patients and being punctual.
Dr. Ramani can initially seem cold and calculated in his approach in my opinion. However, I've visited the office several times and understand that he is highly sought after and has a large patient pool. Even though he is very busy, I trust him and I believe he will do his absolute best to ensure your injury is taken care. I am scheduled for surgery in October and I am confident that I will recover and feel back to 100% after recovery and physical therapy. I just wish the wait wasn't so long to be seen. But I understand that there are many patients scheduled to see him. So I guess I just plan to wait.
Great office staff, clean, MD was very professional
Two hour wait! That is unacceptable!
Great experience. Very polite and knowledgeable. Short wait in the waiting room
Professional and informative. Answered all my questions. Received a cortisone shot which had helped me much in the past. Everyone was helpful and attentive.
Doctor seemed helpful and concerned. Waiting room was super crowded and it was not a short wait.
Doctor seems to be in a rush... didn't really spend much time talking or showing me physio exercises (although he said he would). He handed me a bunch of papers with exercises which I'm supposed to read and figure out.
He was very professional and explained things very well.
Fortunately mine is a simple diagnosis that does not require any follow up. Dr. Ramani put my mind at ease, understood why I was concerned, and assured me I find the right thing checking in with him. The entire staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable!
The Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me good advice and recommendations. We will be setting up a future appointment for follow up.
Dr.Ramani is professional, very good in making us understand the situation, and soothing approach.
It was good
wasn't very friendly
Dr. Ramani is too good, has enormous patience in listening to my problems. Addressed all issues pretty well!
He seems like a knowledgable doctor however his office seems to be out of order. Lots of workers but they are not getting the job done. My appointment was on 3/16 and I still have not received the prescription for my knee that they were supposed to send directly to the pharmacy. Today is 3/26!!! I wasted my time going to the pharmacy twice already ughh! Again nice doctor but his office staff sucks!!!
It was a very good overall experience. Dr. Ramani was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
The visit with Dr. Ramani was good. It was only a consultation. Hopefully on my next visit I'll see what he can do for me.
Dr. Was really nice and he explained everything very clearly and nicely
