As a trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric clinician, I specialize in collaborative mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families. My approach utilizes evidence-based, strength-based, and relational therapies to create a supportive space that supports the whole person, where you feel understood and empowered in your healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path began more than ten years ago working in the mental health field as a social worker and therapist, supporting children, adolescents, and their family's navigating trauma and complex mental health challenges. Their resiliency and drive showed me the importance of recognizing the impact of past experiences, building on existing strengths, and creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. In my care now, I use this integrative and whole-person perspective to ensure compassionate, trauma-informed care in every session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in meeting you with compassion, curiosity, and support, serving as a thoughtful and collaborative partner along your path toward healing. In our time together, you are empowered to achieve that growth in a safe environment that helps you build insight, increase self-understanding, and improve emotional regulation. Care is tailored to your unique history, experiences, needs, and goals, while at all times remaining warm, thoughtful, relational, and collaborative, so you realize resilience and meaningful change.
