These experiences provided me with in-depth exposure to a wide range of psychiatric conditions and levels of acuity, strengthening my ability to assess, stabilize, and support individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. This background has been instrumental in shaping my clinical approach as a PMHNP, allowing me to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care across the continuum of mental health treatment. In addition to my healthcare experience, my military service has significantly shaped the quality of care I provide. As a veteran, I understand the importance of resilience, discipline, integrity, and service to others. My military background has enhanced my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and approach complex situations with empathy and professionalism. It has also given me a deeper appreciation for the unique mental health challenges faced by veterans, service members, first responders, and individuals navigating high-stress environments. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
