Mona Jimenez is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. Her nursing career began in the Philippines, where she graduated with honors and earned 3rd place in the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination in 2007. She has over 13 years of nursing experience, working with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds in the Philippines, England, and the USA. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, her clinical experience includes managing acute and complex psychiatric cases in various settings, including outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, memory care units, nursing homes, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). She is passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in treating mental health issues. She specializes in adult and geriatric psychiatry. Mona enjoys spending time with her family, has two dogs, loves to travel, and cares for indoor plants.

Okay so listen yall... I have complex ( Management of medications, controlled subs) And hard to treat Panic and anxiety disorder as well as ADHD I'm 36. I've went through so many physicians and specialists who will not treat me with a plan of care that is particularly dedicated to me specifically! MONA JIMENEZ (NP) Is the best specialist i've ever seen! She SPENT Plenty of time with me making me feel heard, IMPORTANT, Validated and VALUED!
She didn't undermine anything that I said she listened to me and how I feel and listen to my own body. And she used her expertise to come up with a plan of care alongside my suggestions and medical history!
If you are ready to find a perfect psychiatrist that really knows and understands medication and treatment, you've got to choose Mona! I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have been seeing Mona Jimenez at LifeStance Health for about 1.5 years. The care that is given to me us truly amazing. Mona listens to my concerns and allows me to be apart of the decisions made in the care that I am receiving. I've only had psychiatrist tell me what I need to do. Having someone on my side that wants the best outcome and best life I can have means the world to me. I am so thankful for finding Mona and LifeStance Health. Anyone out there looking for help and a better life, this is the place.

Finding the right Dr for me was easy. I love e the fact that they took my insurance and that it was a video call for the visit. The waiting period was about 5 min from my apt time which was great. Overall my experience with the nurse practitioner was excellent. She paid attention to detail and was very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Mona Jimenez.
