your mental health and healing. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner,
I understand the challenges of seeking help due to the stigma surrounding mental health. I want
to assure you that you are in the right place. I commit to working closely with you to create a
personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and goals. We will build a strong therapeutic
relationship based on trust and respect in a safe and supportive environment. I provide care for
individuals seeking help with various mental or behavioral health concerns, including mood
disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder, anxiety, sleep disorders, ADHD, or anger
problems.
My services include comprehensive mental health evaluations, medication management, and
supportive therapy. I will refer you for specialized treatment if necessary. I aim to
empower you to make positive changes in your life and achieve greater mental health. Please

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
