It is my pleasure to get to know you. I offer high touch personalized comprehensive care. Together we can explore the symptoms that are preventing you from feeling your best and living your best life and find the best way to alleviate these symptoms with a treatment plan that works for you. If you are ready to make a change, I am here to help you. I offer a safe and non-judgemental harm reduction approach to care. We go at your pace always keeping your goals in mind. Your overall health is my priority. I provide an integrative psychiatric approach including holistic comprehensive care plans. The ultimate goal is to help you live your best life. Clients often say they feel better after each session and look forward to our next session. I offer medication evaluation, medication management and psychotherapy via telehealth. I have limited hours in my midtown Manhattan office.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

All initial psychiatric intake appointments are 90 minutes on a HIPAA compliant virtual platform. Together we create a treatment plan that works best for you according to you needs and desires that may include medications, therapy, lifestyle changes, supplements and more...We meet at a frequency that will best accomplish your health and wellness goals.
