My first appointment with Dr. Chavez was a great experience. Oskana, who I met first was wonderful. Dr. Chavez went over my history and listened to my questions and concerns and followed-up right away with the appropriate referrals and prescriptions.
My overall experience was very reassuring as I had to change my primary doctor/group of over 30 years due to an insurance change.

The team at Dr. Chaves office was incredible. I requested a referral for a new OBGYN and was given multiple options of people they knew fit what I was looking for. They were honest, caring, and attentive. Dr. Chaves listened to my concerns and never made me feel anything but safe. I am so glad to finally find a PCP in the area that I can trust.
