About Monica Cooke

Please note: patients are required to complete intake paperwork at least 7 days before their appointment time. We are a truly integrative, specialty clinic utilizing the best of both Allopathic and Functional medicine. We specialize in helping families navigate the medical comorbidities of multiple complex disorders including autism spectrum disorder, connective tissue disorders, genetic issues, mitochondrial dysfunction, and more. We begin by gathering and analyzing each patient's medical history. Additional comprehensive testing is done as needed to fill in the gaps. This gives us the information we need to systematically identify and treat complex constellations of symptoms. Our goal is improved health and quality of life for all our patients. One of the ways we are able to provide the level of service and records review that we do to you as complex patients is by charging our monthly Membership Fee. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, which support my commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
