I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric focus from St. Thomas University. My healthcare journey began in critical care—working in intensive care units, emergency rooms and trauma. That foundation deeply shaped my understanding of how physical and emotional health are intertwined and it continues to guide my holistic, patient-centered approach. At the heart of my practice is a belief in personalized care. I take the time to truly listen, to piece together the full picture of your mental health and to create a plan that supports your healing, growth and goals.
