I could not find a therapist taking on new clients at the time of this review (11-17-25). The Zocdoc jingle ran through my head and within 15 minutes I had decided on Monica Daugherty over three others. Monica is a compassionate, friendly, patient, and a thorough psychiatrist. I had trouble logging into the portal for the zoom session, so she called and walked me through the steps. We went over the info I filled out online so that sped up the consultation. I felt Monica was very understanding as I rattled off answers to her questions. This attention made me feel really heard and like a person rather than an appointment. Monica gave me some suggestions until our next appointment in 4 weeks. One of the things I LOVE most is the fact my appointments are via Tele-med Zoom so I do not have to drive over an hour each way.
I would recommend Monica 100%!!! I'm grateful to have her helping me through this chapter of my journey.
