I work with a diverse range of clients, but I have a particular passion for supporting Black women. As a Black woman myself, I understand the layered complexities of navigating both mental health and cultural identity in a society that doesn’t always prioritize these intersections. There’s often a silence and stigma surrounding mental health care within Black communities, particularly for women, and it’s my mission to challenge that. I want to create an environment where you can talk openly and authentically about your struggles without fear of judgment. I offer a holistic approach to care, blending evidence-based practices with cultural sensitivity, and I strive to empower every client to embrace their strengths while addressing their unique challenges. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking a space to talk, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges and foster long-lasting growth.
