I was originally scheduled to see this doctor a month prior, as I booked tht appt back in July ‘26, for Dec ‘26. The office called and had to reschedule. This was fine, however at the time a month prior to our current appointment, the office did not offer me another Dr for another visit and I had to pry an appointment and time out of them. I feel like they should’ve asked me if I would prefer to see another doctor instead, as my current doctors next availability with June ‘26 .
I needed to see an endocrinologist specialist for months, when our first appointment got canceled. It was not easy to reach out either bc There is no direct number to the office. There is just a general number for optimum medical group ;which became very inconvenient and annoying.
However, during my actual Dr appointment, Dr. Gupta was very informative, a great listener, and took her time to make sure I was understood and given the proper information to move forward on my health journey
