Our first visit is relaxed and pressure‑free: I’ll listen to your story, review symptoms and past treatments, and hear what you hope to change. From there I’ll work with you to create a clear, personalized plan that often combines evidence‑based medication with simple, therapy‑informed tools you can use right away.
