Overall, my experience at Clearmind Clinic was seemingly aimless and did not inspire confidence that I was receiving high-quality care, or even the right care for me. Within minutes of my first visit, the nurse practitioner, Monica, claimed to have discovered my issue! She was then fixated on that one detail for my remaining two visits, even though I didn't give any indication that it was a contributing factor to why I was seeking help. Whenever I would ask any questions about the process, Monica didn't seem to understand what I was asking or just didn't seem to know the answers. I never got a grasp of what "step" in the process we were in, what was next, or what the end goal was. On my third visit, I suddenly found myself going through some assessments with Monica. As we were going through the assessments, I couldn't help but notice how confusing the process was. It was almost like it was her first time doing it, and she hadn't quite figured out how to present it to a client yet.

Honestly I do not like opening up to anyone. Especially with bad experiences with past providers, but Monica has helped me change my opinion on a lot. She listens and gives the facts to you without making you feel unheard or just another case. I just think that if she can make me comfortable about the things that make me uncomfortable, she can do it for you too.

I think Monica was very caring and helpful. I think she really took the time to understand my frustration with my previous doctor and the experience I had. She was really nice and took the entire appt time giving me plenty of chances to ask questions. I look forward to hearing from her soon about treatment plan options.
