I enjoy making food reels in my spare time and love trying new recipes. I'm currently in Dallas, TX but did all my schooling in Tennessee, where I'm originally from. I chose nutrition, because I enjoy getting to the root of the problem. As a dietitian, I believe food is at the root of everything concerning our physical and mental health. Although pharmaceuticals are important when needed, I like to challenge myself to go to food for the first line of defense. It's amazing what our bodies can do when we take the time to nourish them properly. I'm thrilled to be on this platform, because I'm so eager to help everyone have the same access to getting help with their nutrition. As a minority RD, I understand some of the obstacles with getting access to dietitians. I'm also not a dietitian that's going to tell you your cultural foods can't be enjoyed.
