On the app it suggested this Dr when I searched for an OB/GYN for a last minute appt to get something abnormal checked out. She must have wanted to leave early/ I must’ve been her last pt of the day because she was in a rush and was not polite. She spoke to me in a condescending manner that almost made me cry! I was holding back tears explaining what was going on and she did not seem to care at all. When I was asking for a pap smear (what I came in for) she asked if I was bleeding and I responded yes (bleeding NOT during my period cycle so I was worried what else that could be) and she responded “nuh uh” and was annoyed I’d even suggest such a thing because you apparently cannot preform one if you are spotting. After she didn’t provide much feedback to my questions & I had to ask for a test that seemed to be standard practice. If this isn’t her field zocdoc shouldn’t have recommended! So maybe it was more of a system fault than personal error by her if she’s not used to that procedure

I walked out texting my neighbor group about this place. They were kind and so incredibly quick. Monika even called the next day to check on my daughter’s sprained ankle.
My neighbor ended up having to take her son in for also a sprain and they also had a wonderful experience.

Monika was great! I brought in my grandmother for a urine infection and she was able to be seen right away! So glad we did not have to go to the Emergency room and wait for hours.
