One of her virtues as a provider, apart from being a good listener, is that she empathizes with her patients, respects, and takes into consideration their values, beliefs, and opinions. Monsurat also acknowledges patients’ presence and their courage in seeking help. She believes that developing a partnership with the patient creates a smoother and mutually beneficial path toward achieving their ultimate goal. Monsurat has over 10 years of experience in this field in various capacities.
Monsurat earned her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to mental health care.
When Monsurat is not working, she loves to be around family and friends, travel, and meet people from different cultures and backgrounds.
