What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide assistance to clients who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or conditions associated with trauma. During our preliminary assessment, we will collaborate to identify the relevant concerns you have and develop a strategic plan to solve those situations. The majority of my clients can expect a progressive amelioration of their symptoms throughout the initial months of treatment. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is frequently employed in my professional work. During your initial session, we will investigate the factors that led you to seek therapy and thereafter determine the most suitable methods to facilitate your advancement. I will assist you in acquiring the skills to effectively challenge and counteract those negative beliefs to help facilitate a positive transformation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The diagnostic process involves identifying the specific disease or condition that best explains a client's symptoms. The procedure entails a sequence of actions, which include obtaining a patient's medical background, conducting a physical examination, and requesting and analyzing diagnostic tests. Cognitive behavioral therapy is employed to assist individuals in reorganizing their pessimistic cognitions. During your first session, we will examine the issues that prompted you to seek treatment and then choose the most appropriate techniques to help you progress.
