The majority of my clients can expect a progressive amelioration of their symptoms throughout the initial months of treatment.

I will assist you in acquiring the skills to effectively challenge and counteract those negative beliefs to help facilitate a positive transformation.
What is your typical process for working with clients?

The procedure entails a sequence of actions, which include obtaining a patient's medical background, conducting a physical examination, and requesting and analyzing diagnostic tests. Cognitive behavioral therapy is employed to assist individuals in reorganizing their pessimistic cognitions. During your first session, we will examine the issues that prompted you to seek treatment and then choose the most appropriate techniques to help you progress.
