I went in for a mole removal for a raised, flesh-colored mole on my nose. They were quick and efficient. Doctor explained the procedure and after care. I have another mole on my neck that I want removed so I plan to go back.

My biggest issue was that I didn't speak English well, but the office did an excellent job of addressing that problem.
The person who handled my registration was able to easily understand my Korean name, and the staff kindly contacted me to check if my insurance was applicable. The doctor treated my mole quickly and kindly.
Especially, the medical assistants worked very hard cause me. Thank you very much.

Dr.Arnold made me feel seen and heard! She understood my concern and immediately came up with a plan. No extra running around and trials of maybe it’s this or that. She saw me, knew how to correct my skin concerns and provided me a treatment. Extra points to her because my appointment with her didn’t feel rushed.
The staff was extremely friendly and took care of all my insurance and paperwork work before I was out the door( another plus for me)
