What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients can expect a warm, direct, and collaborative approach. I don’t believe in simply venting week after week without direction — we will work toward clear goals and meaningful change. I help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns, especially around anxiety, relationships, and self-worth. Together, we’ll build practical tools while also exploring deeper relational themes so you can feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with a comprehensive intake session where we identify your primary stressors, history, and specific goals for therapy. In the initial phase, we focus on symptom management—providing immediate strategies to navigate anxiety and chronic overthinking. As our work deepens, we transition into identifying the underlying patterns and lived experiences that drive these behaviors. We maintain a consistent feedback loop, regularly reviewing your progress to ensure the treatment remains aligned with your evolving needs and professional life.
