What should a new client know about working with you?

Before becoming a nurse, I studied anthropology, which sparked a lifelong fascination with people and the many ways we experience the world. That perspective continues to shape how I practice today. I believe every person's story is unique, and I approach care with curiosity, openness, and respect for the context that shapes each person's experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm passionate about creating a mental healthcare experience that feels authentic, collaborative, and de-stigmatizing. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and taken seriously, and when treatment is grounded in both clinical knowledge and genuine human connection.
