Morgan Richmond, MS, RDN

Dietitian
PA
Hi there, party people! I'm Maggie, and I'm so glad you found your way here. I'm a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience specializing in eating disorders and sports nutrition. I've always been drawn to the intersection of eating disorders, fueling, and movement. Whether someone is just beginning to explore movement, enjoys it recreationally, plays school or collegiate sports, or competes at an elite level, I've spent much of my career supporting people at every stage of that journey. My goal is to help you return safely to the sport you love, or simply discover what it looks like to move your body in a way that feels sustainable and balanced for the long haul. While eating disorders and sports nutrition will always hold a special place in my professional heart, the center of my work is pretty simple: I want to give you the tools, support, and space to build a more peaceful relationship with food and your body. Why? Because food is one of the most personal parts of our lives. It nourishes us, connects us to the people we love, and carries memories, traditions, and plenty of emotions along the way. I want to help you step away from rigid food rules, guilt, and self-judgement and toward a relationship with food that feels flexible, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable. And your body? It's your physical home. Life is too short to spend it fighting against the place you live every single day. My approach is weight-inclusive and grounded in Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, with the belief that nutrition should support your life, not control it. We'll work together to find an approach that honors your physical and emotional well-being, makes room for what matters to you, and helps food, movement, and your body feel a little less complicated along the way!
