“Once I got into the building, I had an amazing experience with the doctor, the nurses, and the care team. They asked a lot of insightful questions and helped provide a care plan that I can easily stick to. They gave me great referrals. I felt really well tended to and am excited to see that doctor again. However, it took me a long time to get into the office. The front desk staff insisted that I wasn't on the list to get into the building, that all the providers had already gone home for the day, and that I didn't have an appointment. I showed the front desk staff my Zoc Doc and MyChart appointments, and they told me the doctors had made a mistake, and there was nobody left in the office. It was only after I called the office and put the staff on speaker that I was allowed into the building for the appointment. This is not the first time I've had trouble getting into the office for an appointment booked on Zoc Doc. ”
