“Oddly enough, I’ve seen two different physicians using this portal, linked to Mount Sinai Drs. Alas,, there isn’t any continuity, so that if you want to see that provider, a second time, or for follow up, you can pretty much forget it. It seems exceptionally random, and even if the care is excellent, superlative, and the best you’ve ever had, your chances of seeing that favored provider a second time are next to nothing, I wish so very much to find a physician for whom I wrote a glowing, and I repeat, a glowing review. However, my chances of seeing her again are nil. That’s the only regret I have about using Mount Sinai Drs as a dedicated provider of virtual appointments. The randomness and inability for patients to choose with whom they are serviced by… And lack of opportunity to follow up with them… Disappointing.”

Dr. Pringle connected immediately, made an accurate clinical assessment based upon my symptoms, ordered additional tests needed, and make sure I had a follow up appointment with her to make sure I was OK. She answer all my questions, and actually listened to my concerns. I could not recommend this provider more highly. Exceptional. ?”
