I came to Palm Primary Care as a new patient. Based on the reviews, I was certain I would receive quality care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
My full review is far too detailed and would go against the guidelines of Zocdoc however, you can find it on Google if you're interested.
If your health means anything to you, I strongly suggest you avoid this place entirely.

This doctor was awful. I have hormone problems that were diagnosed by another provider. The other provider told me I needed testosterone. I was trying to get a test for that and she told me that I do not need testosterone unless I’m trying to transition. What! I could not believe it women do have testosterone in their body. It helps with metabolism. They took my blood pressure one time when I first walked in and diagnosed me with high blood pressure. Absolutely insane! The girl at the front desk was pretty friendly. But the nurse was not. Before she brought me back she was lecturing the girl at the front desk about how she was doing appointments. She was actually kind of rude to the lady at the front desk. Then took me back. There was not friendly at all. Took my blood pressure asked me me. The doctor would be there and walked out. Probably the worst doctor experience I’ve had. ?
